We have just started exploring the opportunity to develop a 27,000 square foot, sustainably built and designed mixed-use retail and office building. The site approaches perfection; it sits on the corner of 36th and Phinney just across from Nectar, Brouwer’s and in the middle of the heavy pedestrian and drive-by traffic. We have worked with the well respected Northwest Contemporary architects Miller Hull throughout our feasibility period and plan to jump into the design process right away.
