The Fremont Collective is evo Properties’ newest project, open to the public spring/summer 2012.  The Fremont Collective is being positioned to leverage the quickly changing Fremont/Wallingford Stone Way corridor with a unique mix of businesses and top Seattle operators.  Taking lessons learned from recent projects, the strategy behind The Fremont Collective is focused on adding value above and beyond providing a great space.  Much like The Kolstrand Building, evo and The Greenwood Collective, The Fremont Collective will have flexible, indoor and outdoor engaging spaces that will work to anchor the community and take advantage of another great neighborhood.  Situated one block from the Burke Gilman Trail, a total of 25,500 square feet will be home to restaurants, work spaces, event space and even a skate park.  Stay tuned for more news coming soon and to inquire please email contact@evoproperties.com.
